re: steps 57 & 58

Good morning and Merry Christmas to all of you at Zygor
The issue I am having is with step 57 and 58. I have checked back and made sure that all quests were completed and they were. I cant seem to talk to Kristoff Manheim and therefore cant get the key from the box on step 58. Can you tell me what on earth Iam doing wrong. It seems if you miss one step you could loose alot of momentum. Other than that the guide is working great so far,but I do have 4 more levels to go "smile" I will check back for an answer ty

Actually alot of people have had problems with this. We think it's a bug from blizzard and that you should just skip this step. So far skipping it doesn't make any problems later that we know of.
