Bringing an old friend to life.(old char where to start)

Hello, so im going to level up one of my old chars from level 72 and wondering is there anyone with much knowledge about Zygor steps that could point me to what step to start from ?

because i remember when i was leveling another character that it took me some while to find a good spot to start at and then to back track all quest's to complete the pre quests.

Probably the easiest thing to do would be to turn off the SIS by going into the Dynamic Progression section of the guide options, unchecking all 4 boxes, and adjusting the slider all the way to the right. Then just load up the 70-72 guide and start going from there. It's a fresh start in the Northrend zones and with you only being 72 you shouldn't have to worry about trying to skip stuff due to only a couple levels. If you had done any leveling in Northrend already then the guide will know to skip any quests you might have already completed.
