Finished with Mount Hyjal

After I`m finished with Mount Hyjal, the guide says to fly to orgrimmar and get the new quest Warchiefs command: Vasj`ir. But the only quest i can get is Warchiefs command: Deepholm.

What should i do?

Its a bug. Found it in your buglist. It is not fixed yet.

There are two quest chains that lead to Vashj'ir. At least on Alliance side you get an automatic quest when entering Stormwind. And if you follow that quest a bit you are unable to get the quest from the board.
Take a look here, I think you did the quest "To the dephths":
