Kill Darkfallen...

hello just wanted to check something, the guide tells me to find and kill Darkfallen Bloodbearer and get Vial of fresh blood been here for quite a while now, and checked on wowhead and just read "Can only be looted after completing http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=11633." and the guide has not told me to do that one x.x

Edit: Nortrend 70-72 guide, but saw that my guide had skipped those stepps

That's another one of those SIS problems that should be fixed with the new overhaul that should be out soon.

For your particular situation it's really up to you if you want to go back in the guide to do that skipped quest or just skip the step you're on and not worry about the blood.
