problem with download the horde 1 - 85 !

i buy the leveling guide (Leveling Guide for hord only!) and when i download it i just play with the trail and not getting any thing .. so what i miss here ? why i can't to reach the 1-85 ??? pleaase heeelp me ;(

Please check that your login information are set correctly in the updater (you password should not contain special characters).
Then click repair and install it again.
