After looking around I discovered that the quest "Test at Sea" is bugged since 3.3 and it doesnt look like they are going to fix any time soon. With this being an apparent key quest to a long chain, what are we to do? Idea's?

Best suggestion is just to skip this and the following chain quests manually, then after Blizzard fixes it you can go back and do them if you want or just continue on.My Flight Path Follies guide
