I think to get the guide working you need to rename the file to "Guide05.lua". You only can't upload a lua file attachment so I assume you renamed it to txt because of this. Another way is to zip it, zip files work as attachments.

1. Exit WoW
2. Download the zip file
3. Extract the Goal05.lua file (in the zip) into your WoW/Interface/AddOns/ZygorGuidesViewer/Guides folder
4. Enter WoW
5. Open the guide selection window
6. Find the guide in the Boas's Guides section
7. Enjoy
