Explorer Achievement

I'm having problems with the Explorer Achievement. I'm leveling a new alt that just went to Outlands. I go to Achievements to the Explorer section. Pick Outlands and start it. All the guide wants to do is skip to the next part of the guide until it says congratulations.

Is there something else I need to do? I've used the guide to get the achieve on my 85's with no problems.

Blizzard made changes to the explorer achievement so it throws errors on selecting the guide:
