Not sure if it is a wrong step or what to title this, but it would appear that, since patch 5.1, the Redbelly Mandarins that one needs to level this particular way are no longer to be found where the guide tells you to go. They are not in the Jade Forest any longer. Vale of Eternal Blossoms has ppols that are shared with two other types of fish, and the steppes have some ppols as well. Hope that this helps!

I'll add this to the list to get looked at.
I personally think it might be easier just open water fishing for them instead of wasting time trying to find the pools. Find a safe spot in Townlong where you can fish without being disturbed and you should be able to fish up the Redbellies just as fast as if you spent the whole time running all over looking for a Redbelly pool just to get 3 or 4 fish from that before you're moving looking for another pool.My Flight Path Follies guide
