Need to avoid the Redirecting to Mining 200 so I can get the copper path in Elwynn

So I am a level 206 miner but a 90 level jewelcrafter that needs a lot of copper for bronze settings. I can't figure out how to set the Mining guide step options so that I can use the Mining 1-65 step in the guide that displayed the copper mining paths in Elwynn. After an hour searching the forums and finding 3 year old posts about changing settings in the Dynamic Progress options which don't exist any more I finally gave up and will await the omniscient Cabby's response.

When you have the guide selection window open go into the Professions section and then go to the very bottom. You'll find farming guides there that you can use for gathering stuff without needing to load a regular Professions guide.
