It's most likely a caching issue, I looked into the NPC files and the English name is in the file and on my German WoW the name shows up correctly in German though the name is not inside the German NPC file.
Did the name show up after you saw him or talked to him?

no, as I was talking to him nothing happened

This is strange as the ID is definitely in this guide step (guide version 4.0.6445).

I looked into some old guide files and found out that there was a missing ID in the past (found it in guide versions until 6217, 6244 looks good).
Probably your guide is outdated, please make sure you have the latest guide version (check the lower left corner of the guide selection screen).
If the updater guide version and the ingame guide version are different please check the updater's WoW addons folder setting, maybe you copied or moved your WoW but did not change the Zygor settings.
