[Herbalism] Profession Trainner Tannysa not found

Hi,

I'm using Zygor version 4.0.6801.

On step 16, Zygor ask me to go to trainner Tannysa. When i go to there, i can't found her. While i searched into wowhead i discovered that she's a npc from Stormwind City.

I also attached my bug report.
