Blacksmith Question...

Hello I own all the guides so there is no problem there...My question, I have gotten to 600 BS but know I am stuck on what to do next as in MoP patterns and what to do with with Kyparite, Black Trillium Ore, and where to find it..Also Living Steel do we make that or is that Alchemy and how to get Lightning Steel Ingot...I was just curious if this is in the guide or something planned for the future...Thxs for your time..

It's not something in the guides and I don't know if it's planned to be added.

The ores are found all around the MoP zones. The Living Steel I know is a Alchemy transmute. The Ingot is something you craft from 10 Ghost Iron Bars.

Here's a bit more detail.

The most important thing to do is do one daily run on the Isle of Thunder. One of the last quests is to kill Itoka right in front of the Thunder Forge.
You'll loot an item starting a quest for the Thunder Forge. You'll get some recipes for itemlevel 463 weapons.
Creating one 463 weapon will automatically grant you the recipe for the itemlevel 476 weapon, creating this grants the itemlevel 502 weapon recipe. You can only create the weapons in the Thunder Forge.
For the weapons you need Lighning Steel Ingots which you can create one a day at any forge so it will take 30 days to get an itemlevel 502 weapon. You need 10 Ghost Iron Bars for one Ingot.
The weapons can be traded and even if you equipped one with your blacksmithing character using this weapon to create the higher one makes it unbound again.

Creating the Ingots also lets you discover the itemlevel 458 PVP recipes which are great to get your itemlevel up to get into the LFR.

Other Blacksmithing recipes are available from the Klaxxi at Honored. Complete the whole Dread Wastes guide and then start with their dailies.
Purchasing all recipes there costs 260 Kyparite.
But I don't recommend creating those items, especially the itemlevel 476 breast and gloves are pretty expensive to craft (8 and 5 Living Steel, 8 Spirits of Harmony).

Living Steel is created by an Alchemist and is a daily cooldown. To create them 6 Trillium Bars or 60 Ghost Iron Bars are needed (Trillium Bars can be transmuted from Ghost Iron Bars).
Apart from mining you can get black and white Trillium by harvesting Snakeroot Seeds at your ranch.

I always plant Songbell Seeds with my Blacksmith and Snakeroot Seeds with two other characters, send the Trillium Bars to my transmute Alchemist, create Living Steel Bars and send them to my Blacksmith to create Living Steel Belt Buckles (or sometimes the itemlvel 476 parts if a guild mate needs them).

Don't forget that an Alchemist can also create Living Steel without the 14 hour cooldown, but that requires 3 Trillium Bars and 3 Spirit of Harmony. The Spirit of Harmony make this method a poor choice, but still an option to create more in a day. And if the Alchemist is a transmutation specialist there is always a chance of more bars per combine which can reduce how long it takes to get the number needed. I've found that doing the Spirit of Harmony combine almost always gives the extra Living Steel compared to seldom with the 14 hour cooldown transmute.
