I believe Fire Seeds (item #39969) are no longer in the game as of Patch 3.0.8 (2009 – four years ago). Fire Seeds gathered before the patch apparently can still be milled but the source for the seeds has been removed.
It says at the top of the list of herbs to gather,
But at the bottom of the list,
What do I need, 255 or 320? (My vote is for 320. I got 320 but for some reason I still came up short making ink.

Deathspore Pods (item #52989), according to Wowhead.com these are not available to players. (They may have been on the PTR but they are not on live.)

You need about 255 Azure-giving herbs total…
But at the bottom of the list,
You’ll need about 320 more herbs in stacks of 5.
What do I need, 255 or 320? (My vote is for 320. I got 320 but for some reason I still came up short making ink.
