It has us learning four skills.

• Zen Master Enchanter
• Enchant Boots - Greater Precision
• Enchant Bracer - Mastery
• Mysterious Essence

The Enchant Boots - Greater Precision isn't learnable until skill 505.

Looking at it even you're wrong there. Precision is 505 but Greater Precision is 525. Will get this on the list to get fixed.
