If you're leveling your leatherworking in Pandoria, the trainer is in Kun-Lai Summit at 64.6, 60.9. (This may be mentioned in the higher level guides, but I'm leveling from the 1-500 section and I don't want to go back to Org for training.)

However, <sigh> there are no leatherworking supplies in that area. I guess I'm heading for Org. -
In the Shrine of the Seven Stars or the Horde city in the Vale is a leatherworking supply vendor.
However there's again no trainer. But for the 500-600 section you can use the home city trainer, you only need to buy one recipe from the supply vendor.
But at least there are portals to the other cities.
Always a good idea is to have a character standing next to a mailbox in the home city. So in case you need something or your inventory is full you just need to find a mailbox and use it as extended inventory
