Farming Spot, not good

Step 410 in the Cooking 1-600.

Tells u to go to 35,74 to farm Redbelly Mandarin,
there is only Golden Carp and other fish there.
No Redbelly Mandarin.
So maybe change this to better spot?

I'm thinking you might have had some really bad luck. You should be able to get the Redbelly Mandarin there but it's a random thing unless you're fishing in a pool.
