I logged in and checked my enchanting list, and I actually already had the skill - but the guide didnt reconize it and got stuck on the step (sorry, i made an assumption, and didnt check to see if i had the skill).
I opened my enchanting list, the guide then saw it and got 'unstuck' and moved forward.
