Reputation Guide Only Showing Azeroth?

Azeroth is the only reputation guides I have available after purchasing the reputation guides for W.o.D.

Guide not showing up

I just had this same problem, bought the guide now the only ones showing up in the Reputations area is Azeroth.

Have you tried doing a Scan & Repair or even a Re-install of your guides using the wrench icon in the bottom right corner?
