    reptaion guide is a dissapointment

    just buy reptaion guide and it's make nothing all what it saide just complete Tillers prequests when it have to show me how to start it and what to do and where to go to make those prequests

                    Can you skip that first quest step and accept the other quests after it? That first one is just a breadcrumb quest so you should be able to do the others without needing to do that one.
