i assume these are the pre-quests. a lot of the waypoint locations for NPCs are way off wrong

the waypoint points to Shrine of Seven Stars for EVERYTHING NPCs, quest pickup. on the map it indicated by a dimmed green circle ball. its probably bugged somewhere

I have become sadly dependent on using Zygor to navigate. I am too lazy to manually look around and keep count of quest items in my bags now. LOL.
