XP rate not accurate with guide

So I started at level 60, completed 100% of every chapter and at the end of terrokar I am level 64 and 40% in level.
Now i'm supposed to go to nagrand and be level 65? Hu...? I was even rested 8 bars in total and farmed from 62 to 63 like 2 bars and i'm behind more than half a level, how?
The Zygor guide I used in 2007 was more accurate than this.

We have someone running thru the guides to flesh it out better and fix things like this.

I don't understand how a guide you've made 14 years ago is better than the new one.
