Visit vendor steps are so annoying how do i turn them off?

how do i turn off visit vendor, train first aid train cooking etc off? they are slowing down the leveling so much!

No way to turn them off but you can skip them. However make sure that they aren't needed for a quest. An example would be NE starting area we have you gather 7 small spider legs and then have you learn cooking just so you can do a quest with the cooking trainer fast using those spider legs.
