Argent Crusade reputation guide

Please advise, I cannot find the Argent Crusade reputation guide in the in-game app.

Does my access include this guide or is it a separate purchase?

That guide has not been created and released yet. Originally back in Wrath we only had Leveling and Dailies guides which means all other types of guides have to be created from scratch for the Wrath Classic servers.
