    Where are all the guides?

I have no guides for any zone before Outlands.
Only guides I have are the ones that support your new route you made up.

Where are the guides for every race and faction, so I can choose my own path to level with?

We never had a lot of extra zone guides outside our leveling path for Wrath. We do still have any extra ones in with the Leveling > Extra Zones section. If you do not see them then make sure that you have your desktop app logged into an account that has an active subscription.

You had them. All zones, all quests, where did they all go.
Did you give up, is Zygor dead now?
I checked 'Extra Zone' section. Westfall is a zone in the game, not an extra one.
Missing all the level 12-16 quests for all zones and factions.

Can you at least bring back John Cook's leveling guide. This new thing is a mess and chaotic.

There are guides for levels 1-80 in game. Here is a picture showing up thru level 33. Do you not see all of these?

Yes, I do, nothing for level 12-16 in any zone.
          Redridge 12-16 missing
          Lochmoden 12-16 missing
all zones missing, except for Night Elf and Draenei

Not seeing any 16-24 zones either
All the quests for every zone for every race are all missing.

Only thing I'm seeing is your suggested leveling route, which is horrible, not John Cook's World 1st run.
You have failed all your customers with this mess you came up with, when it was already done.

players on Private Servers, say it works flawlessly running Wotlk and it has *everything* you could ask for. (reddit and others)

Just because it doesn't work with the 'current' Zygor client?

Well, then make a better client, to get the best guide, with the least effort.
win for you, no more bug fixes or maintenance or updates or changes, it was SOLID
win for us, because we can play the game how we want to play, have all the guides for all zones, factions, races.

As I have said before (in a different thread) the old guides you keep referring to never had the different zones that you could just pick the zone you wanted. It has always been a set leveling path. Guides like Westfall and Ghostlands that are standalone have been added with the new Classic and Wrath Classic servers. If we went back to the old guides you wouldn't even know which zones were being covered in the guides. This is the list of the guides (by name) from back in 2010 at the end of Wrath that the people on the private 3.3.5a servers use. These are the guides you keep claiming we need to go back to so you can pick which zone you want to level in.

Here, I hopped onto the Ascension private server that runs the wrath client to show you an in game picture of what the guides look like for the people on the private servers using the original 3.3.5 guides. You can see it's the old guide viewer with the gears/cogs style and we only ever had the leveling and dailies guides. All other types of guides were added with Cataclysm and later expansions.

Yes. I took a look myself So many dailies!

What is missing from the current guide, is all the 12-24 (approx.) quests for all the faction, race, classes.
That needs to be added, to give folks choices, and do quests that are applicable to them.
Not everyone is interested in leveling so fast we miss all the game has to offer.

What needs to be removed, is the ONE PATH FOR ALL, on alliance for example.
I do not want to have to do the Night Elf quest chains, nor the Draenai quest chains, on EVERY Alliance toon I make.
I want to do THEIR own perspective quest lines up to about level 24, where everyone starts sharing same quests, like STV is.

                Thoughts:
Herb and Skin are my recommended, 1st toon professions. Both money makers.
Herbalism level 75, or 90 for druids gives you a FREE HEAL called Lifeblood, nice heal for when you get into a crunch
The higher your herbalism, the more effective and stronger it gets.

You always go for the meat and potatoe quests everywhere you go.
Always go after the skinnable mobs, to find gear, weapons, and gain XP.

                TIPS:
Before you go into an area with lots of mobs packed close together...
those are for learning how to play your class as the game introduces
some mechanics, and if not careful, you will die.
Let folks get gear and level up some by killing solo mobs everywhere.
Then, go get the meat and potatoes.

There are lots of errors, I was thinking wrong, game is only out for 7 months.

I could give you a hand with it, like I did John Cook, if you will let me, and listen.
I have leveled 1,000s of toons, it's what I do to have fun.
Once I reach max level or close, or get bored with it,
I delete and start over. You don't ever see me in dungeons, nor Raids.
I did all of that in retail, now I just want to pass the time and level toons.

Hint: I *never* go to Tarren Mills until I have finished Thousand Needles.
I only quest in Durotar, Barrens, Stonetalon Mountains and Ashenvale, then Thousand Needles, then to Tarren Mills.

If I can do that, so can everyone else. Simple route changes and re-prioritize what you go after.

I don't 'use' the guide, I do my quests, my way, and try to keep up with where you are going.
I do bring the guide up now and then to let it catch up, or show me what you are up to next, so I can make the changes
that need to be made on the fly, to knock out all the quests.
Especially the tricky ones, where you have to do x,y and z, before you can get to A in another zone, and hearth usage.

Thank you for all the hard work you have done to get it this far.

7 months 22 days... 'feels' like 2 years...

Go past Skull Rock cave (where you can find Hidden enemies)
be warned, level 14s die in there trying to find it, RAREs somtimes to.
You will notice an achieve for discovering Durotar as well.
Talk to NPC: Neeru Fireblade (In Orgrimmar, down under in Cleft of Shadow)
                  Turn in: Neeru Fireblade.
Head for skinner, herbalism trainers, then to flight path, fly to Crossroads

**** It's a lot to go thru, it's also a lot done. now the FUN begins.
Went from level 10, to 12, finished all of Durotar.
Just 'think about it - not the walk-a-bout, don't expect you to support that method, but, works like a charm.
Just some time, but have all the Flight Paths to speed things up later...

Will start a new thread with anything new.
This horse has been put to pasture ...

NOTE: I don't pick up quests to carry around. I only pick up what I need.
I pick thru them, knowing I'll have to travel thru there, to pick up other quests
Sen'jin Village has quests to do NOW, then, on way to get eggs and furs, you can walk thru the town and pick up the rest of the quests.
This stops the affect of being a vacuum cleaner - picking quests up because you can.

Intelligent Guide picks up what it needs.

There is no sense in picking up quests from NPCs you will see again, keeps the quest list from bloat.

I think I see the problem. All the TBC Classic quests are missing.
Perhaps you should have added the new quests into the guide, not replace everything.
I know the route on previous guide was better, way better, than this new way in the travel / navigation / quest chains,
that we struggle with daily, trying to find the best route from the one you are trying to tell us is better, which it is not.

Hopefully you will get it all resolved soon.

Time /played: 5 hours - to do the above walk-a-bout for a hunter Troll or Orc.

At a leisurely pace... no die on purpose etc. - I am never in that big of a hurry.

By walking everywhere is how you achieve the following,

Herbalism : 87 ( gained the Lifeblood Heal at 75)
Skinning : 85 ( gained the extra 3 Crit you get at this level)
                      First Aid : 77
not to mention you get mats for other profs, gear, weapons, and make more money, which *everyone* needs at the beginning.

Sold 3 stacks of Light Leather on AH and made 5 gold
                      Picked up some cheap bags.
Upgraded my Main Hand to a level 13 Sword for 35 Silver from the AH, checked bow, it's good.
I have all the Flight Paths needed

I reached level 13 and am at Crossroads , ready to quest

Guide says to do the wrong thing, right off the bat, Crossroads.

Just go kill all the Raptors, Plainstriders, Tigers, and keep up herbing and skin all you can.
Find some gear and weapons, and make more money.
Gain another level, then do what guide suggests.

*should be closer to 14 before doing those tightly packed mob quests.

                      Notes:

I vendor all the flowers for money, along with leather scraps, and gear I can't wear.

There is one flower that sells for a LOT on the AH, so I save them to sell.
Swiftthistle sells for 35-50 Gold per stack (prices vary from time to time, day to day, and realm to realm.
You will find more than one stack of these, while Herbing the Barrens
Don't forget to pick up the Herbalism quest in Ratchet from NPC: Mebok Mizzyrix close to /way 62, 37

                      Addons:
Questie! the number one addon the will make sense of everything in the World of Warcraft (required if you ask me)
Just get it, you won't regret it.

                      That's all I got.
May RNG always be in your favor

Last post - going into Stonetalon at level 18

                        8 hrs Update.
                        Herb :98
                        Skin :130
                        First Aid: 83
Made 20 gold selling the leathers
Don't need any Glyphs, stack of food is just silver
Pets no longer need to be feed hardly at all, mend pet works fine.
30 Gold, at the time I was there, and typical. each
I use an alt to keep an eye on AH and buy them when much less.

Upgraded my weapons and some gear, taking cheap stuff with stats I can use.
Left with 1 Gold in my pocket, all trained up.

At level 16 - new players would be good up to level 18 mobs by now.
At level 16 - Adv Hunters own the barrens up to level 20 mobs.
At level 20 - Adv Hunters own all mobs up to level 24.

As an example of the shear power Hunters have (to new players):
When the guide says go get both XT: bots [23], I can kill Grenzo [27].

We used to have a difficulty slider to help with this sort of situation.
Also those that have Heirlooms, could also adjust their difficulty
Also means less Zone changing is required for hunters.
We can push thru up to 2 levels above us at all times, so stay and grind.

Guide leaves Ratchet before we complete quest chain.
Like we have for years, I stay and complete the quest, return to ratchet, turn in.
Guide says to go get Harpy Raiders. Nope
I then run over to Stolen Silver, Mankrik's Wife,
Raptor Horns, 3 raptor feather quest items, 3 raptor nests, turn it all in at crossroads.
Run down and complete Wenikee Boltbucket, Report to Kadrak, then run
to Splintertree Post, get Flight Path, fly to Org
                        Train up First Aid
Leave Orgs back door, complete Miner's Fortune
Swim across river back to Org, fly to ratchet, turn in Miner's Fortune.
                        Fly to Crossroads
Run over and get the Harpy Raiders, running back to crossroads
Collect Kodo Liver for Chen's Empty Keg, Herb and Skin (always)
Turn in Harpy, get next quest for the Harpy Rings,
run over there, herb/skin as I go, complete, then run to crossroads
turn it in, pick up next for the head of Salena
run over there, skin, herb, get Head, and HEARTH back to crossroads.
                        Turn in Serena [20]
The above is the *original* questline completion steps

Pick up Letter to Jin'Zil, just in time for guide to take us to Stonetalon.
Now that I reached level 18, train up, fly back to Camp Taurajo
                        Turn in Jorn Skyseer
                        Accept: Ishamuhale's Fang
                        Fly to Crossroads
as you run along the mountain, /way 55.65, 32.95
Kill a Zebra to get [Fresh Zhevra Carcass] quest item
                        Run thru/past tower to /way 58.87, 32.49
you can see the big fat tree in the distance where we need to be.
                        at about /way 59.83, 30.31
Put down Immolation Trap and use the Carcass item in bags
put pet on it, kill it, retun to crossroads, same way you got here.
Herb/skin along the way, mostly herbing.
                        fly to Camp Taurajo
                        Turn in Ishamuhale
                        Accept: Enraged Thunder Lizards

I reached 18, going to the hunter trainer at Thunderbluff.
Trained up, check AH for weapon/gear cheap upgrades, if any
                        Fly back to Camp Taurajo
Looking for Lokota'mani as we complete Thunder Lizards
                        Use [Hoof of Lakota'mani]
                        turn in both
                        Accept: Cry of the Thunderhawk

Gloves of the Moon, +3 agility, +3 stamina
                        Everything we need for Stonetalon

Accept: Mahren Skyseer (turn in later at Ratchet)
Fly to Crossroads, back to guide which says head to Stonetalon
I already picked up all relevant quests for Stonetalon.

Reach level 50 Herbing, Train up in Sen'jen Village
Accept: Practical Prey from NPC: Vel'rin Fang
Accept: Minshina's Skull and Zalazane from NPC: Master Gadrin
                          Heading to Echo Isle
Back on Zygor Guide step: 95 (should say Durotar)
                          Guide calls it
Orc & Troll Starter (1-12) (should show 1-5)
Durotar (6-12) is what this section should say
Herb and Skin as you go, reach 75 in both before you get to Org again
Complete Echo Isle and return to Sen'jin Village
walk/swim/run from Echo Isle, herb and skin as you go

*HEARTH* and 'Die on Purpose' and rez at spirit healer
prevent you from herbing, killing mobs and skinning, and extra XP
What the 'lame speed tricks' do is get you someplace FAST, at the expense
of possible gear drops and good loot, weapon upgrades etc.

                          Finished Echo Isle
Guide says die on purpose (which I never do)
click the guide forward to Step 105
When Guide reaches step 109, you have a choice
                          Use HEARTH, or
walk to Razor Hill, herbing and skinning, killing mobs, more XP
I walk as we need to be closer to level 80, for Herbs in The Barrens
need all the XP I can get, I'll sacrifice speed over XP and possible loot.
Reach level 12 and train up at Priest trainer in Razor Hill
Now back on guide step 114, Lost but not forgotten
Herb and Skin on way over there,
Should reach level 12 before questing more.
Also, go into Orgrimmar turn in Hex of Weakness to Priest Trainer
                          Train up SKinning
check for gear/weapon upgrades at AH

                          gluck, enjoy the game

This new route you made up, where you instruct folks to kill themselves /facepalm
                            Is horrible.

Last comment on the subject until we see a change in your ways via guide update,
restoring John Cook's original world 1st achieve route would be a great start.

                            Last example of crazy

                            guide "The Barrens (12-18)
                            Step 48 Razorman mobs
Why do you insist on sending folks to their death?
They don't have any gear or weapons yet, barely reached level 12 even.
These are semi tight mobs, and if not played right, you get mob rushed.

Instead, you *should* be killing single mobs to find gear, weapons, bags etc.
*Like we have always done for years, by starting with easy solo mobs
They drop gear, weapons, items of use, get skins and work on herb or mining (professions, things PLAYERS want to do)
                            +Plainstrider Menace
                            +Raptor Horns
+Chen's Empty Keg, all but the Thunder Lizard Horn
Turn in Plainstrider and pickup Zebra quest
                            +Raptors and Zebras
                            Even doing
                            +Kolkar Leaders, Kodoban's Head
                            +Centaur Bracers
                            is better, 1st

THEN do step 48, *after* they gained a level
I've seen so many Druids dead,
mages that sit after almost every mob
Priests running for their lives etc.
Warriors rush in, charge, kill one mob, get caught up in 2-3 mobs and run away
Rogue's have a hard time, reveal, kill one, now it has 2 ranged mobs on it, and then a melee gets involved, run or die
As a veteran hunter, pftt, whatever, eat mobs 4 levels higher
as a NEW PLAYER hunter, not so much
every other class has to work at it
Clothies need to be 2 levels above what they are questing, extra grinding for those folks.

This new route sucks folks, plain and simple, and leaving it in this long, has hurt the pocketbook over there.

This new guide and route you have chosen has done more harm than good for new players.

I, WE, wait for the old route to be put back, and the crazy superfast WoW-Pro method goes away forever.
New Players 1st, have to TEACH them how to play, keep them on solo mobs, avoid areas that have tightly packed mobs.
As VETERAN players yourself, you know what each quest spot offers, in the way of game mechanics and difficulty,
yet you send them to kill the 'key mob', rather than all the mobs around it 1st.

Make a separate guide for speed levelers with heirlooms and game experience/knowledge so it can be like WoW-Pro speed leveling guide.

Zygor has/had so much more to offer than any speed leveling guide ever had, hands down, you appear to be destroying all the goodness for sake of speed.
                            Nasty stuff folks.

                            Be well

Once again, I totally agree with all Ironbits has written. This copied from the end says it all: Zygor has/had so much more to offer than any speed leveling guide ever had, hands down, you appear to be destroying all the goodness for sake of speed.
