This is a one time quest, maybe you did it last year. I didn't see this quest with the 3 characters I used to check my guide, probably all had this quest done in the last years.
And if it's not in the guide it may have been missed by the Zygor team also.

mm yes maybe you're right I don't remember if I did last year but it's possible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I am a big fan of Zygor, and wouldn't be able to have near as much fun playing WoW without the guides. All the mods and admins are very helpful.
