I believe the in game command is '/console reloadui'. You might be able to also use just '/reloadui'. I'm not positive because I use the nUI addon and that has a different command with it that I use instead of the built in Blizzard command.

Just an update:

I removed all my addons except Zygors and everything is working fine. I'm convinced that it's another addon causing a problem with Blizzards objective tracker which screwed up Zygors ability to track my quests.

I've got about a fourth of my addons installed again and it's still fine, I'll post back once I find the offending one.

Others have had CTMod causing issues with being out-dated. Is this by chance one of your addons? If so update that one.

Sorry, I haven't been back to update. I've slowly added everything back in, with Lightheaded being last because it was quest log based. It seems to be the one causing the troubles, and I've since gotten rid of it since I can just alt-tab and look on Wowhead.

I wasn't using CTMod, I don't think. Wasn't that a collection UI with a bunch of stuff in it?

Yeah, I think CTMod is just a collection of minor UI tweaks.
