Can't get guide to show an accepted quest

In the goblin guide (step 20), I can't get the guide to show that i've accepted a quest 'Fourth and goal'. I've turned everything off in the dynamic progress options and put the slider allow levels ahead upto 80. Any ideas please?

Everything with the guide is working fine though on my level 70 warrior, thanks Zygor for a great job apart from the odd thing!

If you have the quest it shouldn't be a problem, maybe just a wrong ID in the guide. Click the next stept button and see if it goes ahead.

Did you try this:

It's already been said that the SIS isn't fully functional.

Go into the Dynamic Progression section of the guide options, uncheck all 4 boxes, adjust the slider all the way to the right.
