NOTE: EU game users should NOT download this update, as your server won’t have the patch until tomorrow and this new update will break the guides. If you accidentally got updated we have since released another update (Ver. 5.0.14112) that should allow you to use the guides again until the patch tomorrow).
The pre-patch for Legion is live and we have just pushed an update for this new release.
Key highlights of the guide update:
* Zygor Guides Viewer updated to be compatible with Patch 7.0
* Updated Talents and Gear Scoring
* Gold Guide rebuilt for Patch 7.0. This is mostly an improvement to the back end, but one noticeable change is the removal of Gold Runs which is no longer a viable gold earning option. This included Dailies Runs, Transmog Runs, and Tilling. While Dailies and Tilling are phased out permanently, Transmogs will be reincorporated into the Auctions section in a later release.

Troubleshooting:
If you encounter a “Parseheader error” please exit the game, launch the Zygor Guides client, click the wrench icon to open up the Repair options, and select Reinstall.

Some reason all the guides open, but the gold one.
Confirmed, Zygor Guides version 5.0.14113 is not working with WoW North American patch 7.0.3.22267. Popup window is blank, try to select a guide and the list of guides is blank tool.
This was confirmed after running a Scan and Repair from within Zygor Guides Client.
This is happening to me as well. Has there been a fix for it yet?
I reinstalled it and now its working again
Thanks for the heads up Craig. I just tried “Reinstall” instead of “Scan and Repair” and that worked for me as well.

Guys make sure if your having problems you read the trouble shooting part of this post its the last bit. Work for me after following steps.
The 5.0.14113 patch to the Guide is not displaying any contents yet, is there any word on an ETA so that the guide will function as normal ?????
I know you guys are probably working on this already, but Zygor is not displaying anything under the “Home” tab, nor loading any “Recent” guides . Can you please provide an ETA when you’ll have this fixed or at least provide periodic updates?

Yes, the patch update is broken. Please fix!
This last update has broken the Addon for me. It no longer loads and the Icon simply shows as a green square.
Same here, it keep asking me to check LUA errors and report them.
I had the same problem. Then I did clicked on the wrench on the guide viewer/updater outside of the game and chose to Reinstall and it fixed my errors.
