This is a Blizzard bug that several people experience. Just skip the quest and it's follow up as it causes no problems later on.

Dunno if this actually a bug or not but here we go....

Alliance
Kalindor 25-30
Step 68

Step 67 it's for level 25 you complete it and it goes to 68 which says "You should be now lvl 28" After that the whole guide disable SIS since acording to it you'll be 2 levels lower at all time, you can keep doing the steps and leveling but can't use Dynamic Progres because level 26 and 27 doesn't exist in the guide.

Alliance Leveling 1-80, Kalimdor 35-40: Step 79 and 115 says to talk to Morgan Stern inside the Inn. He is not in the Inn, but inside Foothold Citadel. Coord's are correct for the Citadel.

Alliance 74-76.

Quest chain now ends at step 176. 177 "Talk to Alexstrasza The Life-Binder" only gives a cinematic sequence. Steps 177-182 are therefor invalid.

step 34 on Twilight Highlands Guide, should read to collect 10 barrels on gunpowder, instead its the same requirements as the previous quest so automatically skips

When you first get to Zangermarsh on DK alliance, the whole quest thing there is bugged, cant tell which quest before i need to do to make the NPCS give me the right quest.

We have just been through this area recently. Could you let us know specifically which quests you cannot pick up? Have you completed the Hellfire area of our Guide to make sure it sends you to Zangermarsh?

Yes i did them all, But there is a quest called ''The Dying Balance'' where you got to kill Boglash and i already did that quest because i though oh yeh i forgot that one. So i did it, but the little green arrow on the mini-map is still pointing me to ''The Dying Balance'' which ive done. Ive done near enough everything, ive tried updating. and the SiS. This is so frustrating as it had put a complete halt to my Leveling.
