I still can't seem to see the 1-80 guide.. Even when I delete everything and reinstall it.

Only goes up to 70

According to our records, you have only purchased the 1-70 guide. You will need to Upgrade inside the Members Area to gain access to the 1-80 guide.

What do you mean by stop glowing?

Well unless the function was taken out the waypoint dot for the quest i am currently on used to kind of glow or become brighter then all the others. But it isnt doing it for me now and i always forget how to fix it.

I'm not familiar with this function but the waypoint is controlled by Cartographer which we don't ourselves have control over and they may have changed it or the feature might be bugged since the last patch.

OMFG! So i have tried deleting, reloading, restarting, changing firewall settings, etc. And for the life of my couch i can not get the guide to work on my computer. I am soooooo flustered. UGH!

Are you installing it into the correct folder? What exactly isn't working on the guide? You can't see it? No Arrow?

Please describe in detail what the exact problem is.

The two most common reasons I find for problems getting the guide to run is:

1. Installing to the wrong location

FIX: The guides will only work if installed in the correct folder. If you are using Vista or installed World of Warcraft anywhere other than the default folder you will need to locate your World of Warcraft directory. To do this, right click the WoW icon on the desktop, select Properties and you will find your WoW directory next to the word Target. You need to go to that location on your computer and copy the unzipped guide folders (there should be 17 of them) to Interface / AddOns.

2. Installing the folders differently than we have them structured

FIX: This is how your folders should look inside the AddOns directory. Your directory may be different than the one pictured but the contents should match this picture. http://www.zygorguides.com/img/install.jpg

Also, the waypoints were only fixed just a few days ago so make sure you download the most recent copy of the guide from the Members Area.

Zygor's 17 files are in my WoW ad on folder, but dosent show when I start game?

I purchased your on line helper on 07-07-09 and it isn't working. Zygor's 17 files are in my WoW ad on folder, but dosent show when I start game?

I unzipped the 17 Zygor folders into, C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons, and I get nothing when I fire up the game. I have 4 characters from level 12 to 43.

I am currently using' Carbonite3.13, Auctioneer, and WIM.

Any help?

In response to this tid bit of information; X. I Tried Everything Yet Nothing Works!
The following is the end-all of solutions. This will delete all your Auctioneer scan data, Gatherer node info, etc.), key binding, video / sound settings, macros, in-game Addon placement/layout, etc.

I. Go to your World of Warcraft folder on your hard drive. Delete your "Cache" folder.

II. Inside your World of Warcraft folder, go inside your WTF folder. Delete your "Account" folder.
What happens/what is next after, Delete your "Account" folder.

Step 7, been there, done that. I am wondering if Carbonite could have something to do with my problem? Thanks for your input.

Let's make sure you're installing to the right location. I've recently installed, successfully, my zygore's guide (1-80) and I noticed just a few things that are worth sharing.

Not able to see the arrow? If you don't have a quest selected in the guide, the arrow will not show.

I had problems with using the automatic installation from the website. Instead, I clicked the link right below that button (where it starts the automatic installation for MAC or Windows). This will allow you to save the zip file to the Wow>interface>addon folder. Then just extract the files there.

And here's my own question. Can you guys link what actual strategies you use with the talent builds you recommend? I mean so far as a general bit about what abilities are bread and butter, and which you never use etc. I clicked the link for the class guides and it directs me to Killer Guides...

What do you mean by having a quest selected in the guide? It should show an arrow at all times.

Yea, we don't offer any sort of strategies for classes. We do link to the guide we recommend if you require this info which is Killer Guides.
